Terms of Use · My Treasure (Jewelry Never Arrived)

Last updated: 28 October 2026. Version 1.0. The Vietnamese text is the reference for users in Vietnam.

1. What this is

My Treasure is a pretend jewelry boutique for people who enjoy window shopping. You browse collections, get a style note from Ngọc, wrap pretend orders, wait for a pretend parcel, open it and keep the piece in your vault. Nothing is sold, nothing ships, no payment is ever collected, and no item, coin or amount in the app has any real-world value. The app is free and is paid for by optional advertising.

2. Who we are

The app is published by Nguyễn Phan Duy Đăng, an individual in Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. Contact: support@dangnguyen.xyz; website https://dangnguyen.xyz.

3. Using the app

The app is for people aged 16 and over. It works without an account; your boutique lives on your phone, and a small record of its game state is kept on our server under a random installation identifier (see the Privacy Notice). You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with ads or the services behind them, use automated means to earn coins, or try to alter the game state kept on our server.

4. Pretend money and red coins

The pretend wallet and red coins are play values. Red coins come from things you do in the app (daily check-ins, short films), never from paying. Neither has any monetary value; neither can be bought, sold, converted, transferred, gifted to another person or exchanged for anything outside the app. Our server decides balances, orders and delivery times under the boutique's rules, and we may adjust or reset them to keep the boutique fair or to fix errors. Pretend parcels and the hourly secret draw are features of the experience, not prizes: nothing is paid to take part and there is nothing of value to win.

5. Ngọc and the AI note

Ngọc is an AI character, not a person. If you agree when she asks, her style note is written by an AI model running on Cloudflare from your answers; otherwise the app writes it on your phone. AI notes can be wrong or odd; they are labelled as written by AI and are for entertainment only, not advice. You can report a note or switch AI notes off in Settings › Privacy.

6. Ads

The app shows a small number of clearly labelled ads from Google AdMob, only as optional short films: the reward is stated before you choose to watch, is granted when the film completes, and is usable only inside the app. You can report an ad after any film or from Settings › Privacy. Your advertising choices are explained in the Privacy Notice.

7. What you type

Your name, pretend delivery addresses, gift notes and your note to Ngọc stay on your phone and are not shown to other people in this version. Your note to Ngọc is sent to the AI model only if you agree, without any identifier, and is not kept afterwards. You own what you write. Please do not type anything unlawful, hateful, sexual or harassing, another person's personal data, or a third party's trademark; we may refuse to process such text.

8. Our content

The app, its catalog, images, stories, names, sounds and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them only inside the app for your personal enjoyment. Open-source components and their licences are listed in Settings › Open source licences.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove collections, features and rewards, pause the app, or end the service. Where a change affects something you rely on, we will tell you in the app in advance where reasonably possible. We may end your access if you break these terms. You can delete everything we keep about your installation at any time in Settings › Privacy.

10. No warranties and limits of liability

The app is provided as it is and as available, for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to 2,500,000 ₫ (about 100 USD). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory consumer rights, including under Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes go to the competent courts of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules and the courts of the country where you live.
